The true value and soul of this art window display lies in its pinnacle spray painting process. This is not ordinary coloring; it aims to achieve the texture of high-end automotive paint or a work of art.

1. High-Quality Substrate Treatment:

Each semi-cylinder uses a high-density composite material, undergoing multiple rounds of sanding, filling, and primer spraying to ensure an absolutely smooth and flat surface, eliminating any orange peel texture or graininess from the outset.

2. Extensive Precision Masking and Multi-Color Spraying:

To achieve clear, sharp color zoning and gradation effects, we employed a complex multi-layer masking process. Our artisans meticulously applied the masking layer to large curved surfaces, followed by multiple layers of color spraying. Each layer of paint is extremely thin and uniform, completed in a dedicated dust-free spray booth to ensure color saturation and flawless curved edges.

3. Premium Paint Finish and Protective Layer:

We selected custom-made high-solids acrylic polyurethane paint, which not only boasts extremely high color fidelity but also excellent UV resistance and abrasion resistance. A matte clear coat is then applied to completely eliminate reflective interference, allowing the color itself to become the sole focal point while providing robust protection.

The concave surface of each semi-cylinder naturally becomes the perfect "base" for the main display element-the handbag. The product is lifted and highlighted, and the contrast and harmony of colors make the product itself the most eye-catching "collectible" in the entire art installation.
